Full online coaching includes a complete nutrition plan, weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support — it's the "everything done for you" option. Lite gives you the same personalised training programme plus macro targets to work towards, a monthly check-in and WhatsApp support, but without a full meal plan or weekly check-ins. Lite suits you if you're confident managing your own day-to-day; Full suits you if you want maximum accountability.

All online clients get access to a coaching app where your training programme, exercise videos, nutrition targets, check-ins and progress live in one place — so everything you need is in your pocket.

Absolutely. Your needs change as you progress, so you can move up or down a tier whenever it makes sense — just let me know.

Training programmes are refreshed every 8 weeks to keep you progressing, and nutrition plans and macros are reviewed every 4–6 weeks based on how you're getting on.

Online coaching packages run on an initial 12-week commitment — that's genuinely how long real, lasting change takes, and it lines up with your programme cycles. After that it rolls monthly and you can cancel anytime. For in-person PT, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session; monthly packages are based on consistent weekly training and sessions are used within their allocated monthly period.

In-person personal training is at Everlast, Trafford Centre, Manchester. Online coaching is available wherever you are.
